Unable to reinstall Intranet Sharepoint Database Engine on SBS 2003

During last Week I needed to reinstall our intranet "companyweb".  We have followed the kb 829114 and we have removed it succesfully.
Now, when I reinstall the intranet the SQL instance MSSQL$SHAREPOINT was not created and the folder not exist.
Microsoft SharePoint Administration seems works fine.
Companyweb Web Site and Companyweb folder in c:\Inetpub was created but are empty.
Only the database instance won't install itself.  How do I do to force the MSSQL$SHAREPOINT instance?

In particular:

1. After installation using sbs 2003 setup the errorlog.txt contains:

Beta for Next Version of Microsoft Security Essentials Now Available

New features in the beta of Microsoft Security Essentials include:
Windows Firewall integration – During setup, Microsoft Security Essentials will now ask if you would like to turn the Windows Firewall on or off.
Enhanced protection for web-based threats – Microsoft Security Essentials now integrates with Internet Explorer to provide protection against web-based threats.
New protection engine – The updated anti-malware engine offers enhanced detection and cleanup capabilities with better performance.
Network inspection system* – Protection against network-based exploits is now built in to Microsoft Security Essentials.
* For Windows XP users: Please note that the network inspection system feature will not be enabled on Windows XP. Android 2.1: Exchange 2010 and ActiveSync Calendar issue

Android 2.1 (Eclair) not working properly with Exchange 2010 ActiveSync in particularly with calendar.

The only workaround that I have found is:
Export any calendar items to a pst file, delete all calendar items and then synchronize your android phone.
