From your description I understand that the VM won't boot and the error 0x0007b with BSOD was returned.
The reason is simple. This VM has been configured to runs on Hyper-V so if you are using another Virtualization platfom such as Oracle Virual Box you have to set up the boot controller on IDE and not on SATA.
