Windows 7 Language Interface Packs LIP

With additional language files installed on the Windows operating system, you can change the display language to view wizards, dialog boxes, menus, help topics, and other items in Windows in a different language.
Language Interface Packs (LIPs) are freely available to download, and most LIPs can be installed and used on any edition of Windows 7. Because the entire user interface is not translated, LIPs require at least one parent language. This means that the parts of the user interface that are not translated into the LIP language are displayed in the parent language.
Additional Windows 7 LIPs will be released in the future.
